If you hear noise from the earphones when you are walking, in a car, shaking your head, or tilting your head, troubleshoot based on whether Noise canceling mode is enabled.
Noise canceling mode disabled
The ear tips do not fit your ears well. Replace them and adjust the way you are wearing your earphones so that the earphones fit well in your ear canal.
Noise canceling mode enabled
If the issue occurs when Noise canceling mode or Awareness mode is enabled, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
