- Check whether the Mobile WiFi battery is low or used up. If yes, charge it until a few minutes after the indicator shows that the battery is being charged. Then, try powering on the Mobile WiFi again.
- Make sure you press and hold the Power button long enough to power on the Mobile WiFi.
- Connect the Mobile Wi-Fi to a charger and check whether the device displays a message indicating that the battery is abnormal. If the battery is abnormal, replace the battery or contact Huawei technical support.
