Use the SoundBar to set lighting effects and adjust the volume on HUAWEI MateView GT

SoundBar position

SoundBar is available only for ZQE-CAA and XWU-CAA monitors. You can use the SoundBar to set lighting effects and adjust the volume.

Set lighting effects

1. Press the 5-way directional button upward to open the OSD menu.
2. On the OSD menu screen, press the five-way joystick (forward, rightward, or in other directions) to go to GamingVision > Lighting effects, and set lighting effects of the SoundBar to modes such as Static and Breathing or disable the lighting effects.

   

Adjust the volume

After connecting the monitor to the host device, you can use the SoundBar to play sound. The SoundBar also has a touch area for you to quickly adjust the volume.

If sound cannot be played, connect the monitor to the host and set the audio output device to the monitor in the host settings.

• Adjust the volume: Tap or swipe left or right with one finger.

  When the monitor is powered on, tap the SoundBar touch area with one finger to open the speaker volume settings screen. Then tap or swipe left or right on the SoundBar touch area with one finger to adjust the volume.

  

• Turn on or off the speaker: Double-tap with one finger

  When the monitor is powered on, double-tapping the SoundBar touch area with one finger will turn on or off the speakers.
