Where is the SN of the Huawei FreeBuds and FreeLace Bluetooth earphones?

The SN indicates the serial number (SN) of a product, which is the ID number of the product. You can view the SN of Huawei Bluetooth earphones in either of the following ways:

Method 1: Via the AI Life app

After the earphones are paired with your phone or tablet, open the earphones card from the home screen, touch the icon in the upper right corner, and go to Devices settings > Device information > SN.

 
  • The AI Life app is only applicable to the following models:

    FreeBuds Pro 2,FreeBuds Lipstick/FreeBuds 4/FreeBuds 4i/FreeBuds SE/FreeBuds Studio/FreeBuds Pro/FreeLace Pro/FreeLace Lite

  • After earlier models, such as FreeBuds 3i, FreeBuds 3 and FreeLace earphones, are connected to your phone, the SN displayed in the AI Life app and the EMUI 12.0 Bluetooth settings will not be the product SN. Refer to the device SN from the laser-engraved information on the earphones or the packaging box.

Method 2: From the laser-engraved information on the product

If you cannot see the SN clearly in natural light, try using the flashlight of your phone or tablet. You can also find the same SN on the packaging box.
