Terms & Conditions

1- The Home Repair Service is supported in selected cities only (Riyadh & Jeddah) and it is not supported in whole Saudi Arabia.

2- Please note that the service time specified through the customer’s communication with the hotline (8001220888) is an estimated time, the final appointment time will base on the service engineer’s communication with the customer.

3- The Home Repair Service is subjected to the actual stock availability based on customer explanation of his device issues through the call, if any further spare parts are needed, then the engineer might need to take the customer device to service center then send it to customer via postal service or ask customer to pick it up, based on customer convenience option.

4- For the foldable devices, Home Repair Service is only applicable for its software issues, if there are any hardware issues, customer has the option either to visit service center or enjoy the free postal service.

5- Home Repair Service is applicable in the territory of Saudi Arabia and supported in the specified cities as it mentioned above at the moment for the normal situation. If there are any unusual situations such as and not limited to (force majeure), service organizers will stop this service without any prior consent.
