1- Premium Service for HUAWEI Mate XT | ULTIMATE DESIGN is only applicable for devices which are purchased from official sale channels in Saudi Arabia.

2- Free 12 Months Screen Protection Service is only applicable for devices which are purchased in the period from 17 February till 18 of March.

3- When repair the screen using the free screen protection service, customer bear a minimal fee 699 SAR.

4- Door to Door Service is only applicable in Riyadh and Jeddah.

5- Flagship substitute phone is only applicabe only on HUAWEI Authorized Service Center - Riyadh Roshn Front, HUAWEI Authorized Service Center - Jeddah Park, HUAWEI Authorized Service Center - Khobar Alshemaliyah.

6- Screen Protection Stickers are only applicabe 4 times during 2 years from purchase date only on HUAWEI Authorized Service Center - Riyadh Roshn Front, HUAWEI Authorized Service Center - Jeddah Park, HUAWEI Authorized Service Center - Khobar Alshemaliyah.
