When this problem occurs, take your phone, physical bank card that has been added, ID card, and the information about the POS machine (The information includes: The merchant's name, merchant's address, and transaction proof obtained from a successful purchase by a physical bank card) to the counter of the card-issuing bank for assistance. If the bank confirms that the deduction is not made by the POS machine, the bank will refund the money to you within the settlement period. The specific settlement period is set by each bank. Please consult the bank staff at the counter.
