Unable to connect my HUAWEI watch to my Bluetooth earbuds

Unable to find my earbuds in my watch's Bluetooth list

Your Bluetooth earbuds may be connected to other devices or are not ready for pairing, causing the search failure.

  1. Restart your Bluetooth earbuds or restore them to their factory settings to ensure that they are ready for pairing. For details about how to set your HUAWEI earbuds to be ready for pairing, refer to this link.
  2. Go to Settings > Earphones/Bluetooth on your watch, and touch the Bluetooth earbuds that need to be paired.

The pairing mode is activated in different ways depending on the brand and model of the Bluetooth device you want to connect. For details, please refer to Connecting your watch to Bluetooth earbuds. To learn more about different Bluetooth earbuds, refer to their instructions for use, or contact their customer service.

Unable to connect to the earbuds from my watch's Bluetooth list

  1. Restart your watch and Bluetooth earbuds.
  2. Restore your Bluetooth earbuds to their factory settings, and try again. If you are using HUAWEI earbuds, please refer to Resetting the HUAWEI FreeBuds/FreeLace series earbuds or restoring them to their factory settings.
