Serial number ("S/N" for short) refers to a product's ID, and is also known as the machine number, authentication code, and registration code.
You can check the S/N of your HUAWEI printer using any of the following methods: If you cannot find the SN, go to a nearby Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance. Paper and electronic invoices and valid vouchers from e-commerce channels can act as warranty proof.

Via the device body label
The label is attached to the back of the printer (for the label position, see the following figure). The label displays the printer S/N.

Print the information page: Press and hold the Start button 
for 3 seconds. When you hear a beep sound, the Start button 
blinks white, and the printer automatically prints the information page.

- Mobile phone: After configuring the printer in the HUAWEI AI Life app, open the printer screen in the app, tap the four-dot icon

- Computer
- After configuring the printer on the computer using Huawei PC Manager or HUAWEI Print, open the printer page in Huawei PC Manager, or click the four-dot icon
