Downloading and updating the Huawei Health app
 
  • Make sure that your phone/tablet is updated to EMUI 12.0/Android 8.0/iOS 13.0 or later.
  • PrivateSpace of a HUAWEI phone does not support the download and installation of Huawei Health.

Downloading the Huawei Health app

Open a browser on your device and use the browser to scan the QR code to download the app:

Method 1: Scan the QR code on the product packaging or in the product manual.

Method 2: Scan the QR code on the pairing screen of your watch.

Method 3: Download the app from the Huawei official website.

Updating the Huawei Health app

  • EMUI/Android phones/tablets:

Open Huawei Health, touch Me and then Check for updates.

  • iPhones/iPads:

Open App Store, touch your profile icon in the upper right corner, scroll to see pending updates and release notes, and touch Update next to HUAWEI Health.

Once updated, the Huawei Health app can't be rolled back to an earlier version.
