During the service validity period, your watch is eligible for one complimentary back cover repair if the back cover is damaged or cracked due to accidental drops, impacts, pressure, or liquid penetration during normal use. A service fee will apply for this repair.
Crown Protection
During the service validity period, your watch is eligible for one complimentary crown repair if the crown is damaged or cracked due to accidental drops, impacts, pressure, or liquid penetration during normal use. A service fee will apply for this repair.
Mainboard Protection
During the service validity period, your watch is eligible for one complimentary mainboard repair if the mainboard is damaged due to accidental drops, impacts, pressure, or liquid penetration during normal use. A service fee will apply for this repair.
Battery Protection
During the service validity period, you are entitled to 1 free battery replacement if the battery condition meets the replacement criteria. The final eligibility is subject to the test results from a HUAWEI Authorized Service Center.

1- The Worry-Free Care Package is applicable for HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Series which purchased from authorized sales channel in UAE from 24 of September till 31 of October.
2- The Worry-Free Care Package provide customer with protection benefits to their watches during one year from purchase date.
3- The Worry-Free Care Package include one-time repair for accidental damages covering screen, back cover, mainboard, and crown.
4- When the screen, mainboard, back cover, or crown is replaced, a nominal service fee 79 will be applied.
5- If the device is disassembled or repaired in non-authorized service center, the service rights of Worry-Free Care Package cannot be obtained.
