    You can query the HUAWEI Care+ benefits you have purchased through the following official channels:
    1. Choose My HUAWEI App > Support > Benefits.
    2. Query the warranty period and rights on the official website of HUAWEI Consumer Business Service.
    3. Call HUAWEI consumer service hotline 80066600 and query rights as prompted.
  • 3. How many times can be used the Loss Care for FreeBuds?
    Can be used once, only for purchase of a single left or right headset, not including the charging case.

The above service benefits can be used only during the effective period of the service.

1. Each time repair service subject to a labor free of AED 79 only, or AED 499 for foldable device and WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN.

2. On the basis of the standard warranty service period of the equipment, extend the warranty service period of the equipment host for one year. If the equipment host encounters performance faults that are not caused by human damage during normal use, it can be repaired free of charge (free inspection, spare parts fee and maintenance fee).

3. Enjoy free battery replacement in the 2nd year of HUAWEI Care+ when the battery capacity of your device is less than 85% (80% for PC). The query path is Settings > Battery > Battery Health > Maximum Capacity.
