  • 2. How can I query the HUAWEI Care+ I have purchased?
    You can query the HUAWEI Care+ benefits you have purchased through the following official channels:
    1. Choose My HUAWEI App > Support > Benefits.
    2. Query the warranty period and rights on the official website of HUAWEI Consumer Business Service.
    3. Call HUAWEI consumer service hotline 80066600 and query rights as prompted.
  • 3. How many times can be used the Loss Care for FreeBuds?
    Can be used once, only for purchase of a single left or right headset, not including the charging case.

Terms & Conditions

The above service benefits can be used only during the effective period of the service.

1. Each time the consumers need to pay different lab fee for the repair service depend on the device category.
For foldable device and HUAWEI WATCH | ULTIMATE DESIGN, labor fee are 499 AED, except HUAWEI Mate XT | ULTIMATE DESIGN.
For HUAWEI Mate XT | ULTIMATE DESIGN, labor fee is 699 AED.
For other devices, labor fee are 79 AED.

2. On the basis of the standard warranty service period of the equipment, extend the warranty service period of the equipment host for one year. If the equipment host encounters performance faults that are not caused by human damage during normal use, it can be repaired free of charge (free inspection, spare parts fee and maintenance fee).

3. Enjoy free battery replacement in the 2nd year of HUAWEI Care+ when the battery capacity of your device is less than 85% (80% for PC). The query path is Settings > Battery > Battery Health > Maximum Capacity.
