1. Service Content
1.1 To meet customers' personalized customization needs, our store offers an engraving service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") for engraving text or images onto designated electronic device casings.
1.2 The Service is applicable only to designated HUAWEI wireless earphone models. The device must be in good external condition. Requests falling outside this business scope are not covered by the Service.
1.3 The engraving patterns and fonts provided under the Service must be selected from the official Huawei pattern library and font library.

2. Appearance Requirements
2.1 Devices exhibiting cracks, dents, drop damage, or deformation etc., cannot be engraved by the service center.
2.2 HUAWEI shall not be liable for any pre-existing defects, scratches, or damages on the device prior to the engraving process.

3. Content Requirements
3.1 Engraving content is limited to Chinese, English, and Arabic characters (including text, numbers, basic punctuation, and spaces). Engraving of line breaks, special characters etc. is not supported.
3.2 The engraving area must not cover or obscure key information, such as the Huawei brand logo, operator logos, or the device IMEI.

4. Service Statement
4.1 As engraving is a user-customized service, the engraved device remains eligible for the standard warranty but does not qualify for return or 14-day exchange services. This exclusion applies only if the device is free from manufacturing defects.
4.2 Due to the nature of the service, engraving is irreversible. Once the engraving process begins, no further changes or modification can be made.
4.3 Due to technical tolerances in the engraving process, the final result is not guaranteed to be 100% identical to the sample shown.
4.4 Laser engraving is a permanent thermal process that uses high-energy beams to modify the device surface; by electing to use this custom service, you acknowledge the inherent risk of physical damage and agree to assume full responsibility for any resulting loss or degradation of the device.
4.5 Free Laser engraving service is applicable until 31st of December.
