  • Definition

      HUAWEI Care - Extended Warranty (for Wearables) based on the standard warranty service, it extends your warranty services for 6 months/one/ two more year which start from the expiry of the standard warranty. During the warranty period, the maintenance of non-man-made faults is exempted from the testing fee, spare parts fee, and maintenance fee.


    • You can purchase HUAWEI Care - Extended Warranty (for Wearables) with the new device at any HUAWEI Experience Store in EGYPT or at HUAWEI Online Store Website, or repurchase it within 10 months of purchase time (from activating the electric warranty card till the last day of the 10th month, you can contact customer service via Hotline 19286 or via live chat through Support App to query if your device are still within this period or not) with the purchase proof at HUAWEI Authorized Service Center.
    • You can only purchase HUAWEI Care - Extended Warranty (for Wearables) once for one device. (Please be informed: if you purchase it twice, HUAWEI only can provide you extended warranty service once.)
    • You can only claim HUAWEI Care - Extended Warranty (for Wearables) once for one device.

    • Caution: Accessories can’t enjoy HUAWEI Care - Extended Warranty (for Wearables) such as power adapters, batteries, and headsets. The built-in batteries of electromechanical products are excluded.



  • Where to purchase and conditions of purchasing:

    • The device model must be the applicable models of HUAWEI Care - Extended Warranty (for Wearables).
    • You should repurchasing HUAWEI Care - Extended Warranty (for Wearables) within 10 months of purchasing the device (It is calculated from the day when electronic warranty card is generated, including the last day of the tenth month). If you can’t make sure whether your product is within 10 months from the purchase day, you can contact with HUAWEI Customer Service Center or call HUAWEI Hotline(19286)to make sure of it.
    • You didn't purchase HUAWEI Care - Extended Warranty (for Wearables) or HUAWEI Care - Extended Warranty (for Wearables) before, or that didn't be presented for you before.
    • Provide valid Proof of purchase (POP) (usually the invoice).
    • The product must meet the testing standards: the product is currently in-warranty status, appearance of the product must be intact, and all functions of the product are intact too. Meanwhile, it isn't injected, bent and it didn't be repaired or disassembled (whatever by HUAWEI official channels or third-party channel). For details, please refer to the implementation standards of HUAWEI Customer Service Center in EGYPT.
    • You can purchase the HUAWEI Care – extended warranty (Wearables) along with your new device from purchasing page using online store, and you may re-purchase it from HUAWEI authorized Service Centers during 10 months from purchasing the device.

      You may check the availability of the HUAWEI Care – extended warranty by one of the following methods:


    • 1- Through Support App:

    • 2- Though Support Website:
      Open Support Website > Let’s get your devices fixed > Warranty Period Query
    • 3- Through Hotline 19286
      Prepare your device’s Serial Number (SN) and call the hotline number 19286 to check your device’s state.


  • Usage Conditions

      To use the benefits of HUAWEI Care – Extended Warranty (for Wearables), you need to meet the following conditions:


    • If you expect using the benefits of HUAWEI Care - Extended Warranty (for Wearables) to repair your product, you need to provide one of the following proofs: purchase invoice, packing list of the online order, screen shoot of the order.
    • During valid period of the benefit.
    • No disassembly and repair with unofficial channels.
    • You agree that HUAWEI Authorized Service Center will recycle the refuse spare parts.
    • For details, please refer to the testing result of Authorized Service Center.


  • Terms and conditions For HUAWEI Care – Extended Warranty (For Wearables)

    • HUAWEI Care – extended warranty (for Wearables) is valid for 6 months/one/TWO year only from the expiry date of the standard warranty.
    • HUAWEI Care – extended warranty (for Wearables) is applicable for the newly purchased devices only and can be acquired at the time of purchasing the new device or within 10 months from the date of purchase.
    • HUAWEI Care – extended warranty (for Wearables) is valid for specific set of HUAWEI Wearables which are officially released and sold by official stores in Egypt only and it is not applicable for all Wearables.
    • HUAWEI Care – Extended Warranty (for Wearables) prices are different based on the device model.
    • HUAWEI Care – Extended Warranty (for Wearables) can be purchased only one time per every device, based on SN number.
    • You can purchase HUAWEI Care – Extended Warranty (for Wearables) while you purchasing the new laptop or during 10 months from purchasing date as it is showed in the proof of purchase (invoice).
    • To buy HUAWEI Care – Extended Warranty (for Wearables), the product must meet the standard conditions, the product is currently in-warranty status, appearance of the product must be intact, and all functions of the product are intact too. Meanwhile, it isn't injected, bent and it didn't be repaired or disassembled (whatever by HUAWEI official channels or third-party channel)
    • HUAWEI Care – Extended Warranty (for Wearables) does not cover lost units or damages caused on purpose by the end user.
    • HUAWEI Care – Extended Warranty (for Wearables) shall be void if the units were altered or repaired, or if any modifications were made to Software or Hardware by a party other than Authorized Service Center, or the serial number is deleted.
    • Damaged spare parts will be replaced with 100% original spare parts, considering that the damaged spare parts will be disposed of so that they cannot be returned.
    • HUAWEI Care – Extended Warranty (for Wearables) can only be purchased and used by individual customers, businesses can’t use this benefit.
    • HUAWEI Care – extended warranty (Wearables) will be activated automatically from purchasing date and no need to activate it manually, and it will be showed in HUAWEI Support App under Benefits or HUAWEI Support website under warranty period query after 24 Hrs from purchasing time, if it is not appear, then please contact us using Live chat via Support App or Hotline 19286.
    • HUAWEI Care – extended warranty can’t be transferred or used by any other device, it is bound your own device which you purchase it for, if you have a replaced request in the first 14 days from purchasing the new device, then the service products will transferred to the new replacement device, please contact the sales party who you purchase your product from.
    • HUAWEI Care – extended warranty (Wearables) can’t be replaced, transferred or refund, the only case that you can transfer your HUAWEI Care –extended warranty is mentioned in term No. 13.
    • Under no circumstances or conditions shall the HUAWEI Care protection not exceed the value of the purchased unit; and the HUAWEI Care program does not cover any indirect and/or consequential damages or losses in whatever type or form they were.
    • HUAWEI reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior consent.
