  B- Free screen protectors, where you can enjoy a free screen protector for your mobile phone & Watches with the installation service.
  C- Free reinstallation of the laptop operating system, where you can reinstall the laptop operating system to fix errors and improve the device's performance.
  D- Enjoy Extend warranty service on HUAWEI Care services to protect your device.
  H- Enjoy 180 days warranty for repaired spare parts during campaign period.
• 2. Is there a limit to the number of times a device can participate in HUAWEI Service Giving Season offers?
  Answer: For the offers of free installation fees, free screen protectors and free laptop OS reinstallation, each can avail the offers once during the HUAWEI Service Giving Season period.
• 3. How can I participate in these offers?
  Answer: You can visit one of authorized HUAWEI customer service centers located in Cairo, Giza, Alex, Tanta & Assuit. You can also visit one of our collected points in all cities.
• 4. What is the expected time to repair the device?
  Answer: The device repair period generally depends on the number of customers being served at the time you apply for maintenance service and the availability of spare parts, but in general, the maintenance period takes about 3 working days when you visit us or 7-10 working days when you visit collection point.
• 5. What is the last day of campaign in case the customer will visit any collection point?
  Answer: Last day available to receive cases from authorized collection points is 26th December.
  This is because the transfer period from collection points to Authorized service centers took 3 working days to be received there.
• 6. What is the difference between repairing the device at HUAWEI authorized customer service centers compared to repairing the device at other non authorized maintenance centers?
  Anwser: The maintenance service at HUAWEI authorized branches guarantees you the following:
  A- 100% original spare parts
  B- 180-day warranty on replaced parts
  C- The best maintenance quality
• 7.What is the participated models & not participated models in the service giving campaign?
  Answer: Applicable for selected models & spare parts, to be confirmed when try to call our hotline number 19286 or to visit the nearest authorized service centre.
  
• 8. Is this campaign supported the devices with international warranty?
  Anwser: No not supported the devices with international warranty or purchased devices from outside Egypt.
• 9. What are the precautions for PC System Reinstallation service?
  Answer: PC System Reinstallation is only available for installation of the factory pre-installed system. The data of the device to be renewed should be backed up to other devices in advance to avoid accidental data loss and other situations during the system reinstallation process.
• 10. How can I participate in PC system Reinstallation service?
  Answer: PC System Reinstallation can be available for Walk-in customers only.
