The device has not been unlocked after it was restarted or powered on
To protect your personal information, files on your device will remain encrypted and the system will prevent apps from accessing them when your device has not been unlocked after it has been restarted or powered on. As a result, only default ringtones are used.
Unlock your device for customized ringtones to be played.
The ringtone file has been deleted, moved, or damaged
The ringtone file is damaged and fails to be recognized. The system will automatically play the default ringtone. You will need to set the ringtone again.
