Ensure that the current HUAWEI AI Life App version on your phone is up-to-date. Otherwise, update the app to the latest version. You can also uninstall the existing HUAWEI AI Life App on your phone, then scan the QR code on the bottom of your HUAWEI WiFi Q2 Pro router and download the latest version of the app, then try again.
