Problem
The band/watch will automatically power off if it is disconnected from the Huawei Health app and has not been worn for three days or more.
Cause
The band/watch automatically powers off because it enters battery protection mode to better protect the battery and prolong the battery lifespan. It is normal and does not affect your normal use.
Solution
If your band/watch has automatically powered off, it is recommended that you place your device on the charging cradle to charge it, which protects the battery and prolongs the battery lifespan. [Unable to power on a watch by restarting it after it automatically powers off]
- If your device is worn and used properly, it will not automatically power off when the battery level is sufficient.
- If the issue persists, back up your data and then take your device and proof of purchase to a nearby Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
