Checking the SN of your wearable device

Serial number ("SN" for short) refers to a product's ID, and is also known as the machine number, authentication code, and registration code. You can check the SN of a wearable device on its packaging box. For some wearable devices, you can also check the SN in the Huawei Health app or on the device itself. Please select a way to check the SN as needed:

Checking on your watch/band

For some wearable devices, you can check the SN on the device itself. The following table lists the series and models of devices that support the check. The wearable devices that are not listed in the table don't support SN check on the device.
