My HUAWEI phone/tablet unexpectedly powers off or restarts

1. Check whether scheduled power-on and power-off is enabled. If so, disable it and check whether the issue is resolved.

To do so, go to Settings > Accessibility features > Scheduled power on/off or Settings > System > Scheduled power on/off.

If the issue persists, your device hardware may be faulty. Back up your data in advance and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
