    You can purchase along with new watch or repurchase within 24 hours at Official HUAWEI Online Store. It may be eligible to be purchased in HUAWEI Experience Store later on, subject to HUAWEI official notice.
  • 3. Can I refund any time after purchasing this service?
    It cannot be refunded as a single product. You may eligible to refund along with your new watch in stipulated refund date, subject to HUAWEI local refund policy.
  • 4. Where can I enjoy these benefits?
    You can visit Official HUAWEI Service Center Official HUAWEI Service Center for enjoying all benefits.
  • 5. How many times can I use for above service?
    You can enjoy all service together one time a year.
  • 6. Can I replace the strap of another material and model differed with my original device?
    Sorry, it cannot be replaced with straps of other materials and models. But same material and model with other color can be replaced. Replaced straps is original manufactured with warranty period is 90 days for metal straps and 15 days for other straps.
  • 7. Can I take away old strap after replaced with new strap ?
    Yes, the old strap belongs to you and you can take away.
  • 8. Is this service applicable for all HUAWEI Watch series?
    Sorry, it’s a special benefit only for WATCH GT 3 currently, Other models are being adapted. Please pay attention to further information on HUAWEI official website.
