  • HUAWEI Loss Care for FreeBuds (which will be refer later to as: this service) provides you with a protection plan which include one replacement to the lost or the accidentally damaged earbud (one side only) with low price during 12 months from the FreeBuds purchasing date.
  • This service must be purchased within 24 hours form FreeBuds purchasing time.
  • This service provides users an extra protection for their FreeBuds against lost.
  • This service is applicable for one year starting form FreeBuds purchasing date.
  • This service includes one replacement for the lost or the accidental damaged earbud (only one side of the FreeBuds during the service period).
  • This service is applicable for selected FreeBuds models, you can check for the eligible models from the HUAWEI Loss Care official webpage – for FreeBuds above, under the eligible model and price.
  • The prices of this service are differ based on the FreeBuds model.
  • A replacement fees are required when customer get benefit from this service and its value is different based on the FreeBuds model.
  • Damaged spare parts will be replaced with 100% original spare parts, considering that the damaged spare parts will be disposed of so that they cannot be returned.
