1- The 1 year free accidental damage protecton includes unlimited repairs for accidental damage for screen, rear cover, camera, or motherboard and complimentary battery replacement service.
2- A labor fee of ﷼ 79 applies to each repair service for the HUAWEI nova 15 Max under your VIP protection benefits.
3- The device will follow your purchased country warranty period, for example, if your purchased country is KSA, you can repair your device in any country on the Multi-country supported list (the Kingdom of Saudi, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Qatar) within 2 years from your purchase day for any non-human faulty.
4- Within the validity period, if the battery's maximum capacity falls below 85%, it could be replaced. To check, go to Settings - Battery - Battery Health - Maximum Capacity. This benefit takes effect from the date of purchasing and is valid for 1 year.
