Detecting the Type of Screen Damage

    after powering on
  • Check for cracks
    by light or torch

• The display is normal & the screen is intact after powering on, then only the screen glass is broken and can be replaced separately.

• Black screen, Incomplete screen display, white bars, then the inner screen may also be damaged.

• Visible cracks are found on the outer surface under light, then only the screen glass is damaged and can be replaced separately

• Distinctly different cracks are found on the inner and outer surfaces under light, then the inner screen is also damaged

    A: Please be assured that only high quality glass will be used for authorized repair by HUAWEI.

    A: Currently, only partial models are supported. Thank you for your kind support and understanding.

    A: Eligible products can participate in the activity at selected HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers.
  • 4. Q: If my device is eligible, can it get repaired onsite as long as I go to HUAWEI Authorized Service Center?
    A: We kindly recommend you consult the stock of the participating HUAWEI Authorized Service Center and contact the service center in advance before you arrived because of the limiting amount of spare parts.
Terms & Conditions

1. Screen Glass Replacement Service start from SAR 99 event is valid at selected HUAWEI Authorized Service Center in Saudi Arabia.

2. This service is applicable to selected models only which are mentioned above under the applicable models section.

3. This service is applicable only to screen glass replacement, excluding other issues and repairs.

4. The prices starts from SAR 99 includes spare part price, labor charge and VAT, please note that the price is final, and this service can't be included in free labors fees offer.

5. The replaced external screen's glass are entitled for 30 days of warranty starting from the collection date. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling/human induced damage.

6. First come first serve basis. Subject to parts availability. Offer ends on stock-out.

7. This offer is applicable only by visiting HUAWEI Service Center in Riyadh Front only.

8. please note that the screen glass replacement is not applicable for all cases, some case the whole screen need to be changed, in those cases customers can select to use either refubrished screen or new one.

9. HUAWEI reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
