1. HUAWEI Service Giving Season is applicable from 1 November 2025 to 15 January 2026 for HUAWEI devices which are purchased from official sale channels in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. During HUAWEI Service Giving Season, Customers can enjoy:
a- Labor Free: Which allow customer to repair their devices with zero labors fees, customers only bear the spare part cost, each device is applicable once to enjoy Free Labor Fees one time during offer period, It is not applicable for End of Service Models, to know the Out of Service Models, please Click Here.
b- Free Screen Protector: Which allow customers to get a free protection sticker for HUAWEI device, one sticker per device one time during offer period, applicable for all HUAWEI devices (Mobiles, Tablets, Watches, and PCs) except the mobile foldable models. The free protection stickers are not applicable in postal service and not applicable in eXtra.
c- Free Gifts: Which allow customers to get a free gift after repair, one gift per each device during offer period. Gifts specifications such as size and color are pre-determined by offers organizers and cannot be changed or refunded, free gifts are not applicable in postal repair and not applicable in eXtra.
d- HUAWEI Care+ Discounts: Which allow customers to enjoy up to 20% off on HUAWEI Care+ protection services, HUAWEI Care+ Discounts are not applicable in eXtra.
