1. All participants in this promotion shall be deemed as having agreed to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions").

2. Organiser: This promotion is organised by Huawei Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd. a company exiting under the laws of England and Wales whose registered office is at Earley East, Thames Valley Park Drive, Reading, RG6 1RB, United Kingdom.

3. Eligibility: The promotion is only open to participant who are: (i) HUAWEI staff (ii) resident in the UK.

4. The promotion offers the following discounts on the Huawei UK online store ((https://consumer.huawei.com/uk/offer): 20% off (at the time of placing your order) on the HUAWEI P60 Pro; or 15% off (at the time of placing your order) on the HUAWEI Mate X3. This promotion is valid until 5th June 2023.

5. In order to claim the discount, you must claim a discount code by replying the promotion email or sending a request to huaweistoreuk@huawei.com. Once you have received your discount code, you must apply it by inputting the discount code at the checkout page. Discount codes are valid until 5th June 2023.

6. Vouchers are limited in number and subject to availability. Apply for up to 3 voucher codes of the same product in a month for each employee.

7. Not all Promotion Products will be available throughout the period of the promotion and will be strictly subject to stock availability at the point of purchase.

8. Only one voucher can be used in a single transaction (i.e. for the entire shopping cart comprising that transaction) and the voucher may only be used once. And one account can purchase limited to 2 units products.

9. The voucher cannot be transferred or exchanged and has no cash value, cash alternatives are not available.

10. The voucher may not be used on pre-orders, pre-existing orders and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

11. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for incomplete or incorrectly completed purchases or if you are not able to take advantage of the voucher.

14. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude a participant who violates these Terms and Conditions makes false representations or statements that violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights.

15. The Organiser’s decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time without prior written notice and/or to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

17. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

18. All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the promotion are subject to English Law.

Q&A

1. Question: When I attempt to redeem a voucher, why does the website say: “This voucher has already been used.”?

Answer: If you have already redeemed a voucher, then you cannot redeem it again. If your payment was not successful the first time, please wait a half hour before attempting to redeem it again.

2. Question: When I attempt to redeem a voucher , why does the website say: “Invalid coupon.”?

Answer: This message will show if your code has been submit incorrectly. Please double check and try again.

3. Question: When I attempt to redeem a voucher, why does the website say “This voucher belongs to another account.”

Answer: When a voucher is used, it is linked to the account it was first redeemed against. For this reason, if the code was not redeemed successfully against one account, it still cannot be used by another account.

4. Question: When I attempt to redeem a voucher, why does the website say: “Unable to apply this coupon[BHH….PNG],please check.”

Answer: If the product is not in a range that the voucher can be applied to, then this error will appear.

5. Question: When I attempt to redeem a voucher, why does the website say: “csrf token not valid.”

Answer: If you stay on the checkout page for too long , then this message may appear. Please reload the page and try again.

6. Question: When I attempt to redeem a voucher, why does the website say: “This voucher is expired.”

Answer: If your voucher has expired then this message will appear.
