HUAWEI FREEBUDS 4 PRE-ORDER CAMPAIGN
The organiser of this campaign is Huawei Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd., a company existing under the laws of England and Wales whose registered office is at 300 South Oak Way, Reading RG2 6AD, United Kingdom (“Organiser”).
By taking part in the campaign, the participant accepts these terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Participation
1.1 Participation in the campaign is open to all persons who, at the date of entry, are (1) aged 18 years or over; and (2) who are resident in the UK.
1.2 The participant needs to have an account on Huawei Store website and log in to the account. Guests cannot use this feature.
2. Participation
2.1 Participants can make a pre-payment (the “deposit”) for the HUAWEI FreeBuds 4 Ceramic White and HUAWEI FreeBuds 4 Silver Frost before they are in stock. The deposit forms part of the total purchase price. After paying the final payment (the “balance”) by the advised due date, the Organiser will process the order when the product becomes available.
2.2 The deposit promotion starts on 2nd June 00:00 2021 and ends on 27th June 23:59 2021]. The deposit must be paid by 20th June 23:59 2021 and the balance must be paid by 27th June 23:59 2021.
2.3 All standard Huawei terms and conditions shall apply, see: https://consumer.huawei.com/uk/shop/sales-policy.
2.4 Before receiving payment of the balance, either the participant or the Organiser may cancel the order and any amount paid as a deposit will be fully refunded without deduction.
2.5 If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, the Organiser will cancel the order and any amount the participant have paid as a deposit will be fully refunded without deduction.
2.6 Please note that the deposit does not does not guarantee availability of the product on a specified date. If the participant has paid the balance but the shipment is delayed, the Organiser will inform participant and participant can choose to cancel the order or accept a new shipment date.
3. Cancellation
3.1 If a participant has paid the deposit but not paid the balance, s/he can login into the website before due date and go to My Account, click My Orders, find the order for which the deposit has been paid, and click Cancel Order. After the order is cancelled, the deposit paid will be fully refunded to the participant.
If the due date has lapsed, the participant may contact Huawei Customer Services in order to expedite the cancellation and refund of the paid deposit.
3.2 If a participant has paid the final payment but the product is not shipped yet, s/he can login into the website and go to My Account, click My Orders, find the order for which the deposit has been paid, and click Cancel Order. After the order cancellation is approved by Huawei, the amount paid will be fully refunded to the participant.
3.3 If a participant has already received the product, please refer to the Return Policy.
4. Miscellaneous
4.1 The Organiser’s decisions regarding all campaign matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.2 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organiser, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this campaign, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage, but will endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
4.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
4.4 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the campaign are subject to the laws of England and Wales (including but not limited to any non-contractual disputes and claims).
