1. Check if the phone number is saved in the details of multiple contacts
If the phone number is saved in the details of multiple contacts, the profile picture of the contact created first will be used for incoming calls. If this contact doesn't have a profile picture, the incoming call will not show a picture. Delete duplicate contacts if there are any.
2. Check if you are using a third-party incoming call app
Some third-party incoming call apps may block the incoming call screen. It is recommended that you go to Settings > Apps & services (Apps) > Default apps > Phone (Call) and set the default phone/contact app to the system default one.
