Cause:
Exceptions may have occurred during network scanning.
Solution:
Perform the following:
EMUI 8.X or earlier: Open Settings, search for Wi-Fi to enter the Wi-Fi settings screen, then touch Scan.
EMUI 9.X and Magic UI 2.0.1: Open Settings, search for Wi-Fi to enter the Wi-Fi settings screen, then swipe down on the screen to refresh the list of available networks.
If the issue persists, restart your phone. If the issue remains unresolved, back up your data and restore your phone to its factory settings.
