Problem:
The phone is disabled for a certain period after being taken outside of a pocket.
Cause:
When the phone is in the pocket, Fingerprint unlock is accidentally triggered for several times, which brings out the password unlock screen, then several mistouch attempts result in the phone being locked.
Solution:
- Enable Mistouch prevention from under .
- Update your phone to the latest system version.
- Keep your phone's fingerprint sensor facing outwards when placing the phone in your pocket.
- Use a Huawei standard protective case.
- If the issue persists, use pattern, password, or face ID as your unlock method.
