Wi-Fi+ does not switch to mobile data when the Wi-Fi signal is poor
Wi-Fi+ does not switch to mobile data when the Wi-Fi signal is poor |
Using Wi-Fi+ you can intelligently connect to wireless networks and save mobile data.
When your device detects a known or free wireless network, it automatically turns on the Wi-Fi and connects to it. It will also select the best network in the area or it will switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data when either has a poor reception.
If your device does not switch to mobile data when the Wi-Fi signal is weak, it may be that there is another available wireless network in range and Wi-Fi+ automatically connects to it.
Also, the mobile data signal may be poor, the mobile data service may not be available or you are using it in roaming.
To solve the issue, make sure that the mobile data service is available and you are not using it in roaming.
Then try to activate the mobile data manually.
