Repeated fee deductions occur when I use an NFC SIM card to take bus or metro

Problem:

Repeated fee deduction occurs when the user swipes a phone at a metro station or on a bus turnstile using an NFC SIM card.

Cause:

If your phone has an RFID SIM card installed on the card slot 1 and a SIM card supporting NFC installed on the card slot 2, swiping your phone on a metro turnstile may lead to the fee being deducted from both cards at the same time.

Solution:

• It is recommended that you do not simultaneously use an RFID SIM card and a SIM card that supports NFC.
• If the problem persists, back up your data and take your phone and proof of purchase to an authorised Huawei Customer Service Centre for assistance.
