Problem:
After the battery runs out and the phone is charged, the user presses the Power button to power on the device. The startup screen is displayed, but the phone then powers off automatically.
Cause:
When your phone's battery runs out and you use a non-standard charger or a computer's USB port to charge your phone, the charging current is too low to support the power consumption required for powering on your phone. As a result, the phone may automatically power off after the startup screen is displayed.
Solution:
- Use the charger that came with your phone for charging. The output power of the this charger complies with the standard value.
- If the battery has completely run out, charge your phone for five to ten minutes before powering it on.
If the issue persists, back up important data and bring your phone, charger, cable, and proof of purchase to an authorised Huawei Customer Service Centre for assistance.
