The screen protector is not correctly attached

Problem:

The screen protector cannot be securely attached. There are bubbles underneath the protector or the protector edges are tilted or not aligned.

Cause:

  • There is dust on the screen when the screen protector is being installed.
  • Your device has a 2.5D or 3D curved screen.
  • The screen protector does not fit.

Solution:

  • Use a Huawei standard screen protector.
  • Visit an authorised Huawei Customer Service Centre for professional help.
