Follow the troubleshooting steps below if the volume is low when listening to music on the headset.

Press the Volume up button to increase the music volume.

Reconnect the headset to make sure that the headset jack is completely plugged in; also try moving the jack slightly and see if the sound improves.If the jack cannot be properly inserted, this may be caused by a foreign object blocking the headset port. Please use a soft brush to clean it; avoid using sharp objects, which may damage the headset port.

Use a different headset and check if the volume returns to normal. If so, your headset may be faulty.For best results, we recommend using official HUAWEI earphones.

Try playing another song and check if the issue was resolved. If the volume returns to normal, the original audio source may be faulty.
