Why do I have to record my fingerprint several times?

Problem:

The user has to scan their fingerprint several times to successfully enrol a fingerprint.

Cause:

This is to collect a clear and complete fingerprint image, and to increase the success rate and security of fingerprint unlock.

Solution:

During the fingerprint enrolment process, press your finger firmly against the fingerprint sensor icon and move your finger around to capture different parts of it. It is recommended that you touch your finger tip against the fingerprint sensor icon, gradually moving from the finger tip towards the finger pad until the pattern on the screen indicates that you have successfully recorded the left side of your fingerprint.

Then touch your finger pad onto the fingerprint sensor several times while tilting it slightly to the left or right each time until your fingerprint is successfully recorded.
