Problem:
Coloured stripes appear on the protective case, as shown in the following figure.
Cause:
The protective case is transparent. If there is residual liquid or water vapor on the phone's rear cover, refraction occurs when light goes through the protective case and coloured stripes are visible there. This is a common optical phenomenon.
Solution:
You can remove the protective case and use a soft dry tissue to wipe clean the phone's rear cover and the internal surface of the protective case. Then put the protective case back on the phone.
