Problem:

The cutouts of the protective case do not fit the phone's camera lens, fingerprint sensor, ports, and buttons.

Cause:

Protective cases tend to fit tight around a phone, giving it proper protection. After putting your phone in a protective case, you may find that the cutouts on the protective case do not line up perfectly with your phone's camera lens, fingerprint sensor, ports, or buttons. This is normal and won't affect your ability to use your phone normally.

Solution:

Install or remove the protective case in the following way:

• Using a TPU protective case as an example:

1. Start from the top of your phone, aligning the camera cutout with your phone's camera first, and then the other cutouts.

2. Then push the rest of your phone into the case.

3. Slightly adjust the protective case when necessary.
