How to delete my HUAWEI ID account

If you do not need your HUAWEI ID any more, you can delete it. After you delete HUAWEI ID, your personal data in the server will be cleaned up and cannot be recovered. Your personal data in the backup and log files of the server will be automatically cleaned up within six months.

To delete an account, go to Settings > Log in with HUAWEI ID > Privacy centre > Delete account.

If the account has a child account, please first use the child account to log in and delete the child account. Then delete the main account.

If Delete account is not displayed, go to Google Play Store to update Huawei Mobile Services, which is Huawei official app for HUAWEI ID.

Users can also delete the account in web portal. First log in the URL below and click setting in the upper right corner. Scroll down the page till Delete account is displayed. Click to enter the password to delete the account.
