I can't receive the verification message

The problem may be caused by the following reasons:

  • The phone number you have entered is different from the phone number you are now using.

You have entered a phone number different from your current phone number. Therefore, the verification message is not sent to your phone.

Solution:

Check and ensure that you entered the correct phone number.

  • The message is blocked by the carrier.

You have classified this kind of messages as junk messages. Therefore, the message is blocked by the carrier.

Solution:

Contact the carrier for solution.

  • You have set rules for the blacklist in your phone.

You have set strict blocking rules for text messages.

Solution:

Touch Messaging. On the displayed screen, touch More at the bottom, and then touch Blocked. The screen displays all the messages and calls the phone has blocked. Touch a message and a dialog box will be displayed with three options: Restore to messages, Add to whitelist, and Delete. You can touch Restore to messages to restore this message.

  • The network response is delayed.

The verification message sent by the server may be delayed due to factors such as poor network signal reception or unavailability of the carrier's network.

Solution:

Wait till the verification message is sent to your phone, or try again after the countdown stops.
