Problem:

When the user is using a third-party app on the computer, the page's font size is too small and cannot be seen clearly.

Cause:

As the computer has a 3K screen resolution, certain third-party apps with lower resolution may not display properly.

Solution:

1. Right-click any black area on the taskbar, and select Task Manager. Go to the Processes tab, right-click the third-party app you were using and click End task.

   

2. Right-click the third-party app on the desktop and select Properties > Compatibility.

   

3. Select Change settings for all users, click Change high DPI settings. Check High DPI scaling override and select System (Enhanced) or Application from the drop-down list. Click OK.

   

4. Run the app again to check if the font is displaying clearly.

If the issue persists, there may be a compatibility issue between the app and Windows. Try to use alternative apps instead.
