The charging icon does not disappear after I remove the charger

Problem

The charging icon does not disappear after the user removes the charger.

Solution:

1. Restart your phone, or insert and remove the charging cable again.
2. Use your phone's preset home screen and theme. Some third-party themes may not be properly designed, resulting in an incorrect charging icon display.
3. Check whether you are using a non-standard charger or data cable, as they may affect the normal display of the charging icon.
4. Check whether the charging port is dirty or blocked. If so, use a dry soft brush to clean the charging port and try again.
5. If the issue persists, back up your data and take your phone and proof of purchase to an authorised Huawei Customer Service Centre for assistance.
