Paid apps are synced with the HUAWEI ID that was used to pay for them. As long as you are logged in to the same HUAWEI ID, you can uninstall, re-download, update, or download onto a different phone without having to pay again. Similarly, if the app name changes, you can continue to use it without paying again.
