EMUI 5.X: Go to Phone Manager > remaining > Close apps after screen lock, find HiSuite, and set it to Won't be closed.

EMUI 8.0: Go to Phone Manager > Launch.

EMUI 8.1/8.2/9.X: Go to Phone Manager > App launch.

Find HiSuite and disable Manage automatically. On the displayed Manage manually dialog box, enable Auto-launch, Secondary launch, and Run in background.
