The computer screen experiences uneven display or light leakage in dark environments.

Cause

When your computer is in a dark environment, the edges of the screen will appear white, which may be misinterpreted as light leakage. This is in fact normal for all LCD screens.

Solution

Please use your computer under adequate lighting conditions whether at the office or in your home.

If you feel that the display is uneven or light leakage is very noticeable, back up your data and take your computer and proof of purchase to an authorised Huawei Customer Service Centre for assistance.

Avoid pressing hard on the edges of the screen during use.
