The remaining battery percentage is not displayed on my HUAWEI phone |
Perform the following operations for troubleshooting based on your situation:
The remaining battery percentage is not displayed in the status bar
It is recommended that you go to Settings > Battery and toggle on the Show battery percentage switch, or set Battery percentage to Inside battery icon or Next to battery icon. Then the battery percentage will be displayed in the status bar.
The remaining battery percentage is not displayed on the lock screen when the phone is being charged
In EMUI 9.0.1 and later versions, the lock screen does not display the current battery percentage during charging. You can turn off the screen and then press the Power button to turn on the screen. The current battery percentage will be displayed on the lock screen for 3 seconds.
Whether a third-party theme displays the battery percentage depends on the theme settings. It is recommended that you use a pre-installed theme. To set a pre-installed theme, go to Themes > Me > Pre-installed themes, select a theme, and apply it.
The Always On Display (AOD) screen does not display the remaining battery percentage
When the AOD screen displays the notification icons, the phone displays only the battery icon and does not display the battery percentage. This is normal and does not indicate any issue with your device.
