Viewing and changing the password for entering Advanced settings on the kids watch

On the kids watch, go to Settings > Advanced settings to configure the network connection, power off, restart, lock screen PIN, and data cleanup settings. To avoid misoperations, you will need to enter a four-digit password to enter Advanced settings. The admins of the kids watch can use the FamCare app to view or change the password.

Viewing the password for entering Advanced settings

(Admin) Open the FamCare app, touch in the upper right corner of the home screen, and go to Settings > Password protect advanced settings to view the password.

Changing the password for entering Advanced settings

  1. (Admin) Open the FamCare app, touch in the upper right corner of the home screen, and go to Settings > Password protect advanced settings to change the password.
  2. Touch Edit at the bottom, enter a new four-digit password, and touch the Check icon in the upper right corner to confirm.
