Power consumption is high when my computer is turned off

Problem

The power consumption of the computer is high and over 3% of the computer's power is comsumed within 12 hours.

Cause

This happens when your computer is connected to a docking station.

Solution

1. Disconnect your computer from the docking station or other external devices.
2. If the power consumption of your computer is high (more than 3% within 12 hours) even when it is not connected to any external devices, make sure that the computer is turned off and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorised Huawei Customer Service Centre for assistance.
