Reset your HUAWEI ID password on your Vision
  1. If you have forgotten your HUAWEI ID password, click Forgot password? on the login screen, then follow the onscreen instructions to click the URL or scan the QR code to reset the password.
  2. You can also reset your HUAWEI ID password on your phone or computer.
    1. On your computer: Open the browser on your computer, enter https://forgot.cloud.huawei.com in the address bar, and press Enter to start resetting the password.Enter your Phone/Email/Login ID,click NEXT to get a verification code,then you can set a new password.
    2. Alternatively, you can reset the password on your phone.
    • If you have not logged in to your HUAWEI ID, open Settings, and touch Forgot password? on the login screen of HUAWEI ID.
    • If you have logged in to your HUAWEI ID and can remember the password, open Settings, touch your profile picture, and go to Account centre > Account security > More > Change password.
    • If you have logged in to your HUAWEI ID but forgotten the password, open Settings, touch your profile picture, and go to Account centre > Account security > Security centre > Account recovery.
