OneHop fails to be triggered on my wearable device
- Check whether the phone's NFC is enabled. If not, enable it.
- The NFC module may be located in different positions on different phone models. Try different positions on the rear of your phone to identify the NFC module. Wait one to two seconds before moving your device away.
The transmission speed is low
To ensure that HD images can be displayed as watch faces, it takes a while to crop and transfer the images. Please wait patiently.
No progress bar for OneHop is displayed on the phone
Enable NFC on your phone, select an image from Gallery, and place your watch close to the NFC area of your phone.
If no transmission dialog box is displayed, go to , touch the Huawei Health app, and enable Allow notifications.
